Story :
An elite revolutionary unit headed by Soong plans a terrorism operation in Hong Kong. Anti-Terrorist Force gets Todd, a member of the group, who suffers from total amnesia. They convince Todd that he is an undercover agent sent to infiltrate the group. One reintroduced to his former "family", Todd's memory starts to return. In the end, he must choose between his old life and this last chance for redemption...
